OMCO SUMO is an authorized distributor for Digilube Systems™, a US manufacturer of automatic conveyor chain lubrication systems, brush cleaners, chain wear monitors, and specialty conveyor lubricants.
In certain applications where conventional lubricants are limited, the application of Tungsten Disulfide (WS2), Molybdenum Disulfide (MoS2), or Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) to OMCO SUMO metal bearing and chain surfaces can effectively reduce friction as well as increase wear resistance and corrosion protection.

OMCO SUMO can reduce reliance on supplementary lubrication using naturally lubristic or lubricant-infused materials. For suitable applications, bearing and chain components can be made from self-lubricating cast or sintered metals, or injection molded or precision-machined polymers.
Thermally cured oil-filled polymer or bound-graphite solid lubricants can be incorporated within OMCO SUMO bearing and chain designs. Both provide long-term lubrication for applications that don’t allow for relubrication, are subject to washout, or operate in extremely harsh conditions. These solutions provide exceptional protection against contamination and are available in a wide range of formulations.
