Nick DeQuardo has served as Director of Sales for OMCO SUMO since 2024, bringing extensive experience in sales leadership across the mechanical power transmission industry. A career-long industry professional, Nick began his career as an independent manufacturer’s sales representative, building deep product knowledge representing ten leading manufacturers of bearings, chain, and motion-related products.
Prior to joining OMCO SUMO, Nick held senior sales leadership roles with several of the industry’s most recognized names — including Strategic Account Manager at Regal Rexnord focusing on electric motors, Senior Sales Executive at ABB covering Dodge Industrial bearings, and Regional Sales Manager at PEER Chain. Across these roles, he developed a broad commercial perspective and a strong network throughout the mechanical power transmission market.
Nick is actively engaged in the broader industry community, currently serving as Vice Chair of the Young Professionals Network for the Conveyor Equipment Manufacturers Association (CEMA), where he will assume the role of Chairman in 2027.
Nick holds a BA in Organizational Communications and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
